For secondary research on existing products I researched into how to create a website using WordPress. To do this I watched videos on YouTube with step by step instructions on how to create a WordPress account and use it to make a successful and fully functioning website. This will be very helpful for my group and I when we come to create our website as we will not have to waste time trying to work out how to make it.
I also looked at other websites for television sitcoms to see what sort of things were included in them and made a mind-map of everything that could possibly included in our website.

For Georgie's secondary product research she researched what you should and shouldn't include in a website. Therefore, our group will be able to avoid making common mistakes that would cause our website to look unprofessional. We will also be able to make our website look effective by using very simple elements. This has been very helpful to our group research as we now know what to include in our own website.

Charley has used text books in order to find out more about narrative and stereotypes present in sitcoms. As a group, we now have a better understanding of the codes and conventions of a sitcom, in order to include these in our own sitcom and make it more effective.
